Absolutely. Many of our clients live in Florida, California, New York, or out of the country. We handle everything on the ground in Pittsburgh. You don’t need to fly in or coordinate showings. We can do virtual walk-throughs, e-sign all paperwork, and have the title company wire your funds once the sale closes. Selling remotely is one of the things we do best.
